Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Rocket Vector website at rocketvector.io and www.rocketvector.io (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Rocket Vector products, including Darkstar, are offered under their own terms. Where product terms conflict with these terms, the product terms govern for that product.
1. What the Site is
The Site is a public website that describes what Rocket Vector does and how to contact us. We may change, add to or remove any part of the Site at any time without notice, and we are not liable to you for doing so.
2. Not professional advice
Content on the Site is for general information only. It is not medical, clinical, legal, financial, investment or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. Examples on the Site are illustrative and use synthetic data. Do not rely on the Site to make a decision about a patient, a treatment, an investment or any other matter where a wrong decision could cause harm. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read here.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- break any applicable law or regulation;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers or networks, or bypass measures that limit access to them;
- send or introduce malware, or probe, scan or test the Site's security without written permission;
- scrape or copy the Site in bulk, or ignore its robots directives, in a way that burdens it or violates these terms;

- use the Site to send unsolicited advertising or to infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- use the Site, or anything obtained from it, in violation of United States export control or sanctions laws, including for any prohibited military, nuclear, missile, chemical or biological weapons purpose.
We may restrict or block access to the Site for anyone who violates these terms or whose use we reasonably believe poses a risk to the Site or others.
4. What you send us
If you send us ideas, suggestions, feedback or other material about the Site or our products, you agree that it is not confidential, that we may use and disclose it for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you, and that you have the right to send it. Do not send us confidential, proprietary or regulated information unless we have a written agreement with you that covers it.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents, including text, graphics, software, logos and the names "Rocket Vector" and "Darkstar", belong to Rocket Vector or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit any part of the Site, or use our names or logos, without our prior written permission.

7. Links to other sites
The Site links to sites and resources we do not control, including Darkstar, the Rocket Vector blog and social media. We are not responsible for their availability or content and do not endorse them. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROCKET VECTOR AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ITS CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT, OR THAT ANY RESULTS DESCRIBED ON IT WILL BE ACHIEVED. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, OBTAINED FROM US OR THROUGH THE SITE CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT STATED HERE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROCKET VECTOR AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations above apply to the extent permitted.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Rocket Vector and its officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these terms or your violation of anyone else's rights.
11. Disputes with others
If you have a dispute with a third party arising from your use of the Site, you release Rocket Vector and its officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors from claims, demands and damages of every kind, known or unknown, arising out of or connected with that dispute.
12. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site must be brought in the state courts in Fairfax County, Virginia, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
13. Time limit on claims
To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or related to the Site or these terms must be filed within one year after it arose, or it is permanently barred.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new terms on this page and change the effective date at the top. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. General
These terms are the entire agreement between you and Rocket Vector about the Site and replace any earlier version. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms do not create rights for any third party. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them to a successor to our business.
16. Contact
